Translation Help

Below are step-by-step instructions if you’re having trouble purchasing any of our Translations. Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.

  1. Select a translation

    Choose from the currently available translations. Let us know if you have any questions about each. Important: if you’ve already purchased a translation, sign in to your account to download it or before purchasing additional translations.

  2. Enter your contact details

    We need to collect your address for remitting taxes for Canadian customers only. Don’t worry, your data is safe with us and we’ll never spam you or give your information to anyone else.

  3. Choose a password and enter your payment info

    Choose a password that’s at least 6 characters long and be sure to enter your information accurately. Important: if you’ve already purchased a Learning Module subscription from us, sign in to your account before purchasing.

  4. Order complete!

    Click or tap the ‘X’ to close the overlay (or tap return to site if you’re on a mobile device). You should get re-directed to our Thank You page and receive a welcome email and your invoice immediately.

    Important: You will receive a follow-up email within one business day after your purchase; keep this email for future reference. The email includes a password for accessing the file that is different than your account password on the COPM website.

  5. Accessing Your Downloads

    Click or tap the ‘Account’ link in the site footer to see your Profile. Access your Translation documents from the ‘Downloads’ tab.
