We’ve made some changes to how we deliver our translated COPM measures and manuals. To view or print the manual and measure documents, you will need to follow the steps that will be sent to you in an email within one business day of your purchase. These steps include:
- Create a free Adobe account or you can log into an existing Adobe account if you already have one
- Install Adobe Digital Editions on your computer
- Download and open the ACSM (Adobe Content Server Message) File and then you will have access to your digital document through the Adobe Digital Editions program on your computer
Adobe Acrobat
Adobe Acrobat is a credible family of application software and Web services developed by Adobe Systems to view, create, manipulate, print and manage files in Portable Document Format (PDF). An Adobe account ID is required to access the digital documents.
Adobe Digital Editions
Adobe Digital Editions is an ebook reader software program from Adobe Systems. It is used for acquiring, managing, and reading eBooks and digital documents.
Once you have created your Adobe account and the above software is installed, you may download your digital PDF using the link that was emailed to you. Once you have followed the steps outlined in the email, return to your Adobe Digital Editions Library to access your documents. Refer to our Translation Help Guide if you have any trouble with your order.
Limitations
Translations are now being sold with limitations in order to protect the COPM copyright and your right to use the measure. The manual can be viewed as much as you like on screen but printing is limited to one copy. The measures can also be viewed as much as you like on screen but there is a limit to the number of times they can be printed as well (100 copies). Once you reach your printing limit, your device will be disabled from printing any more copies of the measure. You can re-purchase the measure from the Translations page and your access will be renewed.
Accessing Translations
Once you purchase a translation of the COPM, in addition to your transaction receipt email, you’ll receive an email within one business day with detailed steps to follow in order to access your document.
